6. AI Features

Some Rhom Services may include artificial intelligence features.

AI systems can make mistakes.

AI-generated responses, classifications, calculations, extracted information, recommendations or other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for a particular situation.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it for business, accounting, tax, legal, financial or other important decisions.

Rhom does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output.

7. Free and Paid Plans

Rhom may offer free, freemium, trial and paid plans.

8. Subscriptions

Paid Services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee and applicable taxes according to the billing cycle presented at purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, where automatic renewal is offered.

Applicable pricing and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available subscription-management mechanism or applicable app store/payment provider.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on the method and platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Purchases made through third-party platforms such as app stores may be subject to that platform’s refund policies.
